3. When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • Buyer's remorse: Change of mind after purchase
  • User-side technical problems: Issues caused by your device, network, or local connectivity
  • Policy violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms or Community Policy
  • Partial usage: Refunds are not available for unused portions of an active subscription
  • Promotional purchases: Subscriptions bought during sales or with discount codes are non-refundable
