Only Care is built to enable meaningful, respectful conversations between people through voice and video calls. Our community is the heart of our platform, and our goal is to create a space where every user feels safe, respected, and empowered to share, learn, and connect.

This Community Policy outlines the standards of conduct expected of every user. By using Only Care, you agree to follow these guidelines and contribute to a positive environment for all.

2. Be Respectful

Treat everyone with dignity and respect. We have zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment: Repeated unwanted contact, threats, or intimidation
  • Discrimination: Based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, age, or disability
  • Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred or violence against any group
  • Bullying: Demeaning or humiliating other users in any form

3. No Abuse or Exploitation

Our platform is not a place for harmful or exploitative behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud, scams, or attempts to deceive other users
  • Sharing or requesting sensitive personal information of others
  • Coercion, manipulation, or pressuring users into actions they don't wish to take
  • Any form of sexual exploitation, especially targeting minors
  • Stalking, recording, or distributing private content without consent

4. Content and Behavior Restrictions

To maintain a high-quality community, the following content and behaviors are not allowed:

  • Spam: Repeated unsolicited messages, promotional content, or advertisements
  • Illegal activity: Drug sales, weapons, illegal services, or any unlawful conduct
  • Disruption: Intentionally interfering with calls, conversations, or platform features
  • Explicit content: Pornographic, graphic, or sexually suggestive material
  • Misinformation: Spreading false information that could harm others
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone you're not

5. Moderation & Enforcement

To uphold these standards, we may take the following actions when violations occur:

  • Warning: Initial notification for minor violations
  • Content removal: Deletion of inappropriate posts or messages
  • Temporary suspension: Account access restricted for a defined period
  • Permanent ban: Account termination for severe or repeat violations
  • Legal action: Reporting to authorities for illegal activities

Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action based on the severity and frequency of violations. Decisions made by the moderation team are final.

6. Reporting

If you witness or experience any violation of this Community Policy, please report it immediately. Reporting helps us keep Only Care safe for everyone.

  • Use the in-app report feature on user profiles or during calls
  • Email our moderation team at support@onlycare.in
  • Provide as much detail as possible: user details, time of incident, and any evidence
  • All reports are kept confidential and reviewed within 24 hours
